The Solution
I read energy and I go to the root of clients' issues to remove roadblocks and create lifelong transformations. During our sessions, we will co-create guidance in a safe, inclusive, warm, and non-judgmental space.
All are welcome!
I use various tools in my coaching sessions, such as breathwork, mind-body, trauma-informed, inner child healing, EFT tapping, transformational, and life coaching practices.
For my more spiritually-inclined clients, I incorporate spiritual coaching tools as needed, such as tarot cards, oracle cards, astrology, numerology, and various manifestation/law of assumption techniques.
No matter the approach or tool, the result is the same:
empowered, aligned, and lasting transformations.
